Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of In System VB, including the marketing site, hosted club sites, director admin, and related services (the "Services") operated by Arbel Industries ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

In System VB is software for volleyball clubs: branded public pages, schedules, rosters, tryouts, family directory tools, email features, director administration, and the In System VB mobile apps for families. We provide the platform. Each club is responsible for its own program, coaching, safety policies, and the accuracy of information it publishes.

Accounts and access

Directors must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly update contact details. You are responsible for activity under your club account. Notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

Club content and conduct

Clubs and users agree not to:

• Publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform beyond authorized use
• Use the Services to harass minors or expose unnecessary youth personal data
• Impersonate another club, person, or organization

We may remove content or suspend access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when needed to protect the Services or other users.

Demo clubs

Demo tenants such as Spiketown VBC are fictional. Names, schedules, venues, and contact details there are for product demonstration only and do not represent a real volleyball program. Do not treat demo inboxes as official support for your own club.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. When Stripe Checkout is enabled, fees are charged through Stripe according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

Arbel Industries owns the In System VB software, branding, and related materials. Clubs retain ownership of their logos, photos, and other club content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Services.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Club directors are responsible for providing any notices their own members need under applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that club-published information is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbel Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion through the Delete account form. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid fees, misuse, or material breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
