Delete account

Use this form to request deletion of an In System VB account and/or related personal data. It covers any role on the platform: director admin, guardian, athlete, coach, or staff, for any club you belong to. Include the club name and the email you use to sign in.

Choose whether you want the full account closed, or personal data removed while keeping the account. After we verify the request, we remove access and delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed to operate the service, subject to records we must keep for legal or billing reasons. Chat messages you sent may remain visible to other thread members in anonymized or club-retained form when required for the club's records.
