Publish vision, mantra, top standards, and style of play on the director page and home copy. Families see the culture that lives in the gym, not only the calendar.
Communication that stays clear
Lines of communication, playing-time process, and how to raise concerns early. Keep the season healthy by putting the process next to the schedule and announcements.
Teams and rosters
Unlimited teams and players. Public rosters render youth names safely. Assign coaches, manage age groups, and keep the season roster current.
Schedules and calendars
Practices, games, tryouts, and clinics on one calendar. Recurring events, single-date cancellations, team filters, and an .ics feed families can subscribe to.
Tryouts and season expectations
Dedicated tryout copy, wave schedule, and commitment language so families know where to show up, what the season asks of them, and how callbacks work.
Coaches and director page
Coach bios, photos, titles, and experience. A director page that carries philosophy, standards, and a real commitment to athletes, not a separate brochure site.
Announcements and contact inbox
Pin season notes on the public site. Contact form messages land in the director inbox so gym questions do not vanish into personal email.
Family directory
Unlimited families and guardians. Import contacts, track prospects, and keep the people who need schedule updates in one place.
Email blasts
Send club-wide or team blasts from admin when the gym changes or a wave moves. Same roster data the public site already uses.
Your club domain
Launch on your domain, not ours. Enter spiketown.com (or your club domain) in admin, add one DNS record we show you, and the same site you built goes live on that hostname. Need help? Use the contact channel and we will finish the DNS with you.
Custom domains
Your club keeps its domain. We serve the site you already built.
For a technical director, the flow is simple: keep editing the club at insystemvb.com/your-club while you set up DNS. Point www (CNAME) or the apex domain (ALIAS/A) at the target we give you. When DNS verifies, that hostname serves the same frontend and database content, with your brand and contact emails still on your domain. No separate site rebuild.
- Enter your domain in director admin (self-serve target).
- Copy the one or two DNS records we show (usually a CNAME for www).
- Save them at your registrar. We verify automatically, then issue HTTPS.
- Stuck? Send a note through the contact channel and we finish the DNS with you.
